Attention! The following contains spoilers for the Older brother live streaming starting Thursday 1st September. Read at your own risk!
Older brother 24 races in the final round of the game and after Kyle leaves due to Houseguests learn about their racial prejudices , it is difficult to say where the loyalties lie. In short, it’s a week when everyone feels like they can go home, and the only sure thing is to beat the breadwinner and take down another key goal.
24 News Bulletin follows the events of the game with a Paramount + subscription and now we know who will be in charge of the house in week 9. Here’s how it all turned out and, therefore, who is most at risk of being evicted next week.
Michael Bruner is week 9 HOH
Should we be surprised at this stage? Michael Bruner is used to winning when absolutely necessary, with Week 1 as a great example . While Monte Taylor hinted to others this week that he would be targeting Michael at the earliest opportunity, things weren’t going well for his chances of survival. It’s also worth noting that he doesn’t win eight races in a single season without being good. Michael will absolutely be a target from now on. even more than a few weeks ago but for now you can rest assured.
Who will be the targets this week?
Terrance Higgins was already disappointed when the shows returned and feels more or less confident that he will hit the block this week. While this may be true, Monte told Taylor Hale and Brittany Hoopes that he hopes to take Michael down as soon as possible, and I imagine one of them will tell Michael in the days to come. Monte is a threat to Michael’s game despite their Final Four deal, so I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he manages to do that. Alyssa Snider also seems like an obvious target, especially since she is now fully aware that she is out of a great alliance.
In terms of safety this week, I think Matt Turner, Taylor and Brittany are definitely safe. Taylor and Brittany are Michael’s closest allies in the game, and Michael bluntly told Turner that he wouldn’t have called him if Kyle left the week before. Michael will likely struggle to get the jury votes in the end, as he has been waiting for this to work to his advantage to expose Kyle’s racial bias. Deferring a promise made to Turner could cost you another vote that you may not be able to afford.
Keeping Turner in the game is obviously a risk, but board management is very important at this late stage of the game.See Todrick Hall’s disastrous last night as proof . ) However, everything can change, and given how often things have changed so far in Season 24, I’m almost counting on it.
Older brother aired on CBS (opens in a new tab) Sundays and Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET and Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET. Michael is well on his way to breaking records in the game, so now would be a good time to watch those live streams and see if he makes history this weekend.
