So, as Walker explained, the series actually goes back to the beginning and explains some elements of the Middle-earth lore that a casual fan might not know about. Advise the public to take a look and not to worry about having prior knowledge of the world. Lloyd Owen, who plays a Númenórean sailor named Elendil, shared another point during the Gossipify interview. Here is his speech to the skeptics:
Each kingdom is at the height of its power: Númenor, Khazad-dûm, the Kingdoms of the Elves. It’s a great way to find out what happened before all those big events that we know quite well.
The number is LOTRThe kingdom of men in Khazad-dûm is an underground kingdom of dwarves and there are many kingdoms where elves live. It is safe to say that you will learn a lot more about Middle-earth power rings. This is the beauty of being the first series set in the world of JRR Tolkien. We’ve never had so much time to really explore the world on screen beyond the story of Bilbo and Frodo Baggins.
