virgin river has done a great job in its four seasons offering fans a myriad of characters from a plethora of romantic dramas, relationship challenges, and shocking (and sometimes violent) dramas. twists to the spectators with a netflix subscription . Along the way, we’ve learned a lot about many of the people who make up the small Northern California town, but one main character, Preacher, is set to get a bigger story as season 5 “digs deeper.” character .life.
How will Virgin River immerse itself in Preacher’s life?
Although everyone likes to talk about the details of The quick novel of Jack and Mel how many one charm problem is, and as Brady can’t help but get into trouble, Colin Lawrence’s preacher is another main character who has been at the forefront of the action from the very beginning. And, when I say “action,” I mean it seriously, because it focused primarily on helping his friend Paige cover up an accidental death and escape a very dangerous man. now it seems virgin river Season 5 will be able to give Preach a little break, according to showrunner Patrick Sean Smith. television line :
We’d love to see him interact with other characters he hasn’t interacted with yet. We will also dive into his non-romantic life. We don’t know much about him.
DEFINITELY! Listen, I love the fact that Preacher is such a hero and that he put his life on hold so quickly and completely to help single mom Paige get out of a very dangerous bond. But let’s be honest, it deserves so much more! It soon became clear that these friends could have been more, had Paige not been in town hiding from her abusive ex-husband. When she revealed the truth to Preach, it was because she needed help hiding this ex’s body after she found her and a fight led to her death. She then she ran away lets Preach to raise Christopher his young son.
As Smith pointed out, all we really know about Preacher is this he is a sailor who served with Jack and Brady, he is a really good guy and really enjoys his job of cooking at Jack’s (especially now that he and his military friend are actually partners in the industry). It wasn’t until the fourth season that our adorable hero gave up hope of a romance with Paige and started one with Julia, but also this relationship is now in the air Paige is back and the questions resolved when it comes to his former criminal brother-in-law.
Okay, that’s what I want to see and hear from Preacher next season. It’s great that he’s hanging out with characters you don’t normally see him with, but I really want him out of Paige’s orbit, so he knows they’re just friends and that he can always see Julia. I also want to know at least more about how he grew up and what he expects from his future. Hopefully, even if he returns to crisis mode, we will see that he will have the support of, oh, I don’t know, maybe some family members who could come to town and help the man.
