A first in his career and quite a challenge. Comedian Paul Mirabel, known for his deadpan and self-deprecating humor, will perform on April 10 and 11, 2026 at the Accor Arena in Paris, he announced this Monday in the columns of Le Parisien.
“Twice twelve thousand people… I don’t realize it at all,” the 28-year-old comedian confesses to the newspaper.
“Many people I admire, from all disciplines together, have been there. It is also part of venues, like the Olympia, that are aimed at people who do not live in Paris,” adds the young actor.
If Paul Mirabel already performed at the Accor Arena for a sketch with rappers Bigflo and Oli, the place is not like any comedy club he has performed in so far, he explains:
“It’s as if you used to drive a small boat and now you find yourself at the controls of an ocean liner!” he laughs.
“A logic of progression”
Paul Mirabel will have played his show about forty times before. “I do not minimize the challenge that awaits me and I am in a logic of progression. In eighteen months I will gain experience, maturity, I will develop the show…”
In this new program, Paul Mirabel reveals another side of himself and addresses topics such as couples, sex and breakups. The Accor Arena box office opens this Tuesday, October 22 at 10 a.m. on the website paulmirabel.com.
