After escaping an assassination attempt, Franck (Guillaume Canet) must find his wife Leo, who has been kidnapped by a mysterious group of armed men. Trapped in his past, he faces a state matter that is beyond his control.
Guillaume Canet trained for three months to be credible as a former member of GIGN. Bodybuilding, boxing, cardio… the actor was trained by a former member of the PSIG (Gendarmerie Surveillance and Intervention Platoon).
In the Belmondo tradition
Guillaume Canet, who was inspired by Professional with Jean-Paul Belmondo for Ad VitamHe performed his own stunts. “The filming was very intense, a bit like a sprint,” he explains in the press kit.
“When I found myself rappelling from a height of more than 84 meters from the Campanile del Sacré-Cœur, I can tell you that I was not having a very good time,” the actor also says in the press dossier.
Guillaume Canet co-wrote the script forAd Vitam with the director Rodolphe Lauga, one of his close collaborators. Canet stars alongside Nassim Lyes (Under the Seine), Stéphane Caillard, Zita Hanrot and Alexis Manenti. Broadcast scheduled for January 10.
