Finally a trailer glass onionthe continuation ofIn drawn daggers to discover December 23 on Netflix. Daniel Craig camped there again Benoît Blanc, the capricious private detective whose first adventure, in 2019, caused a sensation in the cinema.
Still directed by Rian Johnson (Looper, the last jedi), glass onion takes place in Greece, where Benoît Blanc must solve a murder case, during a stay organized by billionaire Miles Bron (Edward Norton) and his relatives.
Rian Johnson reunited Janelle Monáe, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., Jessica Henwick, Kate Hudson, Dave Bautista, and Angela Lansbury (in her latest role). In the first installment, Johnson had directed Jamie Lee Curtis, Ana de Armas and Chris Evans.
An Oscar nomination
Great success at the world box office, In drawn daggers it had grossed $311 million in 2019. The film also won over critics and even earned an Oscar nomination in the category of best original screenplay.
Originally intended for theaters, the license In drawn daggers had been acquired by Netflix for the trifle of $400 million. An unexpected fate for this film produced for “only” 40 million dollars. A third part is in the works.
