Judges twice denied his bail. In an order dated this Wednesday and made public, Manhattan federal court judge Arun Subramanian “denied” this third request, considering that “the conditions are not met to reasonably guarantee the safety” of the plaintiffs and the civil parties. .
Last week, prosecutors with the U.S. Attorney’s Office said Diddy had contacted witnesses and used unauthorized communication platforms while incarcerated since September.
More than 120 alleged victims
