A year after the announcement of his fight against cancer, Kate Middleton trusted a video posted on the social networks of the Kensington Palace how nature helps him “calm down.” A video where she appears in great form.
“Nature allows a very spiritual and very emotionally intense reconnection for oneself,” said Wales Princess in this video published on Monday, April 14.
“It is possible that not everyone has the same relationship with nature, but nature counts both to find a fair meaning and balance, calm and reconnect in an increasingly busy world,” he also insists.
Tribute to the explorers
Prince William’s wife, 43, made this video on the occasion of a recent visit to the Los Lagos district, a National Park located in Cumbria, in the northwest of England.
Kate Middleton, who is co -president of the Scout Association, the most important explorers association in the United Kingdom, participated in activities with young explorers. The video shows it by handling a card with them.
“What is fantastic, with the explorers is that they have never changed their ways of working, although our world is very different (from which the explorers are born). Young people are always sensitive (for the values of the explorers),” he said.

At the end of March, during Mother’s Day, Kate Middleton had already praised the importance of her relationship with nature on Instagram. “In recent months, nature has been our sanctuary,” he said.

Kate Middleton announced last January that she was referring to her cancer. In September 2024, he announced the end of his chemotherapy treatment. Since then, she has gradually resumed her official commitments.
On January 14, he visited the Royal Marsden hospital, the hospital where he was treated, to thank the caregivers. On February 3, he published a new portrait of her, taken by her son, Louis, on the occasion of World Cancer Day.
