The complaint does not stop there. In addition to accusing Fat Joe of having delivered hundreds of thousands of dollars through his luxury sneakers and his clothing brand in New York, Terrance Dixon also explains that he was the goal of the threat messages sent by the rapper and his associates.
As Variety explains, Fat Joe continued last April before the Terrance Dixon courts due to messages published on social networks considered defamatory. This complaint also addressed Dixon’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, the two men accused of having wanted to extort the rapper’s money.
“The complaint filed by Tyrone Blackburn and Terrance Dixon is an example of crying reprisals, an attempt to despair of diverting the attention of the civil complaint that we present first,” he reacted to Joe Topina, a lawyer for Fat Joe had defended in the past at $ Ap Rocky, Donald Trump or Michael Jackson.
