The director Thomas Jolly, artistic director of the Ceremonies of the Paris Games, was appointed head of the Help Commission of the video games of the National Center for Cinema and Animated Image (CNC), the organization announced on Tuesday.
Managed by the CNC since 2021, this fund, with an annual budget of 5 million euros, provides help to support all phases of realization of a title: writing, preproduction and production.
“From childhood, I play. Not only in the theater, but also in video games,” said the actor and director in a statement, which happens to the writer Maxime Chattam.

Appointed for two years, it will preside over a commission composed of ten members and six deputies, including composer Olivier Deriarière and the Editorial Director of Focus Entertainment, Yves Yaouanq.
