Used by cosmopolitan collaborations, The manifesto Based on Thunder’s diatribe, the prodigor Argentine rapper, winner of a Latin Grammy at only 24 years old. The piece also invokes proof, a legendary Detroit Hip-Hop figure and member of D12, disappeared almost twenty years ago.
This second single announces the color of Gorillaz’s ninth studio album. Recorded between London, Devon and several Indian cities (Mumbai, New Delhi, Rajasthan, Varanasi), but also in Ashgabat, Los Angeles, Miami and New York, the mountain Bringing together artists who speak in five languages: Arabic, English, Hindi, Spanish and Yoruba.
First album released on Kong, Gorillaz’s own label distributed by The Orchard, the mountain It brings together 15 titles and an impressive list of collaborators: Asha Bhosle, Anoushka Shankar, Black Thinking, Idles, Johnny Marr, Yasiin Bey.
