There are many references to celebrities in the new Netflix sitcom, personal time … Which has two big celebrities in Mark Wahlberg and Kevin Hart in their lead roles. A nod to the Hollywood elite lets us know that the best friends found on this friendship adventure exist in our world, as pop culture gags line up with jokes that you or I could make it at the expense of a celebrity. But since Wahlberg and Hart know so many of these people and often act alongside them, do they ever have to let these people know when a joke is being prepared?
This is a question I asked myself personal time Mark Wahlberg when he sat down with Gossipify for a Netflix press day. The comedy is currently available for streaming on netflix , and in it, Wahlberg’s character refers to something known as “The Clooney Plan”. This means that a person stays single for as long as possible, then settles down with an ideal partner at the end of the game. Since Wahlberg and Clooney know each other, I asked him if he was texting or calling his friend to let him know, “Hey, I’ll give you a little comment.” And the Unexplored exceptional he told me:
No. I want you to see it. I want you to look at it and say, ‘What is that? Is this an insult? I mean, it doesn’t sound like an insult. But is that an insult? (laughs) No, it’s just … I have to give John Hamburg all the credit. A very, very funny line. And you know, this is a good way of looking at it … for a child who doesn’t want to grow up.
Oh, Mark Wahlberg couldn’t resist throwing him one last playful blow his The perfect storm co-star . Because yes, for years it seemed that George Clooney was living the ideal bachelor life, playing basketball with his closest friends and selling tequila or Nespresso in between big movies. Clooney’s love life was so interesting, her ex is still being questioned about it . So yes, the “Clooney Plan” may be the one that many men are following. It probably won’t work as well for them as it did for George.
It’s not like Clooney is a selfish guy. He just lives his life his way. Plus what’s the point personal time , a comedy about a stressed-out suburban husband and father (Kevin Hart) who decides to reconnect with a childhood acquaintance as the latter celebrates his birthday and hopefully throws some caution to the wind. Do you know what else is thrown away? Mark Wahlberg’s clothes . Apparently the butt you see on the screen personal time it all depends on you. didn’t help the reviews received from the play . But check for yourself by hitting the play button on your Netflix account and giving personal time a ride. Lots of turtle action. See for yourself.
