It goes without saying that James Cameron has had his fair share of success in Hollywood. After all, the man has directed two of the highest-grossing films of all time. Avatars, his 2009 sci-fi epic is currently at the top, having grossed over $3 billion worldwide. Naturally, the film was dethroned in 2019 when Avengers ending took the initiative . Cameron’s film would surpass Marvel Studios’ highlight film of 2021, thanks to a relaunch. And the director attributes this milestone at the box office to a spontaneous decision.
