Jackass star Johnny Knoxville is facing a lawsuit, and emotional distress is reportedly involved

Johnny Knoxville is back to his iconic Donkey franchise this year when the Film release in 2022 donkey forever hit theaters earlier this year to critical and commercial success. And the prankster has definitely been back to his dangerous antics lately as Knoxville is now being sued over one of his latest elaborate pranks, which allegedly caused “emotional anguish.”

A lawsuit was filed against Johnny Knoxville on Friday for one of his unpublished pranks. According to documents filed by Khalil Khan in Long Beach Superior Court, per Variety , Knoxville was sued for causing emotional distress to the plaintiff following a prank that has since led to sleep deprivation. He also says he experiences anxiety and will face “shame and ridicule” as a result of the event.

This is what should have happened. Khan was called into a house (via TaskRabbit) to do routine repair work on a dimmer. However, when he arrived, the owner of the house allegedly threatened to beat him if he was unwell, claiming that he knew jiu-jitsu. A few minutes later, a light went out in the house and a girl ran into the room and accused Khan of killing her pony. The man was then led into a room where a pony was harnessed to a life support machine.

Even if that’s not all. The complainant later noticed that his car was being towed outside. In a panic, he pulled out his phone to call the police, but was told by one of the men in the house that if he did, he would be arrested for possession of cocaine. According to the presentation:

Within minutes they had threatened to beat him, told him he had botched a repair job, framed him for killing a pony, took his car without his permission and now said they will arrest him for possession of narcotics. . illicit

According to the lawsuit, the Donkey The star arrived home shortly after and shared that everything that just happened was just a joke. Khalil Khan’s lawsuit claims Knoxville offered him a few hundred dollars for his troubles, but at the time he was “not amused” and “still not amused.”

The stuffing would have been part of Johnny Knoxville’s new TV show currently in progress. Even if it was believed before donkey forever was the last film in the long-running franchise, Knoxville has since made it clear that he’s not done with it, but that he may personally step down from the lead character because her neurologist said she “can’t have a concussion anymore.”

Johnny Knoxville is no stranger to lawsuits from former collaborator Bam Margera, which he is currently in hospital with pneumonia – previously sued him for wrongful termination before subsequently firing him. As of this writing, Knoxville has not released an official response to the lawsuit. Audiences can only wait and see how this latest legal situation unfolds for the veteran stuntman and actor.
