This is the season when people watch their favorite Christmas movies. but there are which are as debated as Christmas movies included die Hard, Tim Burton Batman returns and the third Man of Steel movie. The latest film was directed by Shane Black and is framed by the Christmas season. Yes Iron Man 3The director recently explained how it became a Christmas movie and why it ultimately worked for the first third of the MCU.
Iron Man 3 It hit theaters in 2013 and was the seventh film ever in the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe. We see Tony Stark lose everything, including his arsenal of Iron Man suits. Shane Black recently spoke with Empire Of the film’s link with Christmas , and revealed that he doesn’t always agree with this film script. as she said,
I didn’t want Christmas to feel like a gimmick, or something predictable or ostentatious on my part. It started out funny and as soon as people noticed it, it stopped being funny. But I agreed largely because of the carol aspect. Tony loses his footing, loses his base, is adrift in Central America.
Some observations have been made. While Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark is known for having a giant ego, he definitely humiliated himself throughout. Iron Man 3The operating time of 131 minutes. And he had to be powerless enough in the middle of America for that to happen. Cue Harley Keener’s entrance, which would end reappearing at Tony’s funeral a Game over .
Iron Man 3 don’t yell exactly A Christmas carol to viewers, given the vastly different circumstances between Tony Stark and Ebenezer Scrooge. But both are incredibly wealthy protagonists who learn a hard lesson this holiday season. During that same interview, Shane Black offered more connective tissue showing Christmas’ connection to his MCU blockbuster, saying:
And you won’t be visited by ghosts, but you’ll surely be in the middle of a settling of accounts, or a reconciliation, where you have to take stock, figure out what’s bothering you and how you’re doing We’ll go on, something else. It worked out fine by the end. The queue is basically him at Christmas giving his fiancée a present and giving a present to a kid who helped him. And there’s a Christmas miracle when Jon Favreau’s character comes out of a coma. There’s something about this, where you can go dark and dark and dark, as hard as you want, and then conjure up a little bit of Christmas, and it gives you that fun that you’re looking for.
Do you hear that sound? There are countless Marvel fans who are starting Disney+ to give Iron Man 3 a try before Christmas. Shane Black makes some serious remarks, revealing why some viewers might give Part 3 an annual December release.

The next installment in the MCU is Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantummania, which will be released in theaters on February 17.
