Parents 9-1-1: Lone Star actor who died of drug overdose speaks out, hoping ‘our story can save others’

months after the promise 9-1-1: Lone Star alum Tyler Sanders was found dead details of the cause of death were announced at his home in Los Angeles. After the Los Angeles County coroner revealed the 18-year-old had died of a Accidental drug overdose while using fentanyl their parents speak out and hope that their story can save others.

David and Grace Sanders, parents of Tyler Sanders, released a statement to MYSELF! information about her belief that her son did not use drugs for recreational purposes but to cope with his depression. His mother explained that, like other families in this situation, they “never thought it could happen to them” and that Sanders had a “strong support system.”

Despite this, he revealed that he was never able to successfully overcome his “narrowing depression,” which led to his accidental overdose and death. While Sanders suffered from depression, his mother Grace added, he tried to make sure others around him didn’t feel the same way. She said:

Perhaps due to his depression, Tyler has been looking for deep connections and bringing joy to those around him. While Tyler silently fought his inner battles, he was outwardly determined to make sure no one else felt the way he felt. Tyler loved the Lord, loved people, and did the best of him every day. It is our sincere prayer that our story can save others.

Tyler Sanders has apparently been battling any sign of depression and has been fighting “inner battles” “in silence,” and it could be evident on his Instagram page. Sanders has many photos of him doing funny things, wearing cute clothes, and hanging out with other actors. Sanders smiled in this post from May, which shows him posing in and hanging out in a Lamborghini the flashThe talented Jordan Fisher:

When the young actor was not working Rob Lowe’s sets 9-1-1: Lone Star or Nathan Fillion The noobHis father, David Sanders, explained that his son Tyler was “actively seeking treatment” for his depression. Though he sought treatment, Sanders eventually began “experimenting with drugs.” tmz extension reported that the coroner said Sanders had a history of substance abuse and had used shrooms, heroin, cocaine and LSD in the past, as well as fentanyl. Sanders allegedly texted a friend about his use of fentanyl the night before his death and did not return the friend’s phone calls after the message.

It’s certainly sad to hear the story of Tyler Sanders, with a promising young actor’s career and a young man’s life cut short so early. Unfortunately, drug use and mental health issues aren’t necessarily uncommon in Hollywood. various actors ranging from Phillip Seymour Hoffman a Heath Ledger died of a drug overdose , and the same problem exists outside the world of interpretation. The Sanders family is doing its part to try to prevent others from suffering the same fate as their son, and I hope others take his story as a warning.

24 News Bulletin sends its condolences to actor Tyler Sanders’ family as they continue to mourn their son throughout the year. Hopefully, by spreading the word about your child’s struggles, it can inspire others to seek treatment for whatever struggles they may be going through.
