The cyclical nature of pop culture can be boring at times, but audiences will soon be privy to the best possible example when Netflix debuts the highly anticipated sitcom. that the 90s show. The new series will focus on Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp’s Red and Kitty Forman as their home becomes a summer retreat for their niece Leia (Callie Haverda) and her group of misfit friends. Before all this, however, the actors and creators (including others That show from the 70s alumni) gathered for the red carpet premiere of the streaming comedy to remind us all how old we are getting.
As highlighted in the first big trailer of the series , that the 90s show brings back most of the OG stars one way or another, with the exception of the legally implicated Danny Masterson — but it seems like not everyone made it to the red carpet celebration. Not that that takes away from all the talented attendees, with varying levels of style and profiles on display, as seen below.
A few quick snaps:
- The stars of Red and Kitty look perfectly respectable, and I don’t even have a vague sense that the premiere wants to put your foot up someone’s ass . It’s a real miracle of 2023!
- I’d love to have a bed made with whatever Wilmer Valderrama uses, and I’d definitely keep it that color.
- Laura Prepon looks great, though I wonder why she’s not next door her returning TV father, Don Stark . Probably a height issue.
- In true Tommy Chong style, the embrace the grass That show from the 70s veterinarian it seems she only discovered the red carpet while walking outside. I kind of hope there’s a good reason she’s wearing two different colored shoes, but I also hope there isn’t.
Next, we get a closer look at Smith and Valderrama together, with the older actor showing off his youthful energy by sticking what look like bunny ears on the back of his co-star’s head. While, oddly enough, the gag doesn’t quite work from the angle this photo was taken from, it does appear that he’s grinning at the thought of making the peace sign. Which, of course, it could be.
Maybe instead of having a bed made of the stuff, I would have just chosen to replace my skin and…wait, that wasn’t meant to be shared.
