It might be hard to believe, but it’s been two years since then VandaVision first appeared on our screens. Fans truly fell in love with Marvel Studios’ inaugural television series, which paid homage to vintage sitcoms and even some contemporary ones. Right now, fans are preparing for the long-awaited Agatha: Chaos Coven spin-off, which will see Kathryn Hahn reprise her role as the titular witch. Almost nothing is known about the plot, but Hahn is now asking me if we will have a follow-up song to the hit song “Agatha All Along”.
Arguably one of the best villains in the MCU, Kathryn Hahn’s seemingly normal and friendly Agnes started out as Wanda and Vision’s nosy neighbor, before revealing herself as the powerful Agatha Harkness. She revealed her vile actions through her theme song, aptly titled “Agatha All Along”, in episode 7 of VandaVision. Between Agatha’s remixes of the song and a clip of the Avengers dancing alongside her, the song became a pop culture sensation. Not to mention, the song even won. VandaVision an Emmy
Now that Kathryn Hahn is back as the villain in her spin-off, there are understandably a lot of questions about chaos coven. Perhaps one of the biggest is whether or not there will be another A+ (and memorable) musical moment for the lead. while speaking to TVLine Hahn didn’t provide any specific details, per Marvel’s privacy practices, though he did drop a great comparison while discussing what he’s most excited about returning to the role:
Uh, their costumes and their nails. they’re fabulous And who knows, maybe there’s a little song here or there… but nobody talks about it, certainly not me.
This is sure to fan the flames of surrounding speculation chaos coven, as fans continue to search for details about the upcoming Marvel series. The protagonist’s comments here seem to indicate that there could be at least a sequel to ‘Agatha All Along’, which almost had a less catchy title. Of course, we can’t say for sure, because everything can change during production. But given how good her first song was, I wouldn’t be surprised if series creator Jac Schaeffer (who was also the showrunner on the main show) has music-related plans.
