FBI: Most Wanted has revisited an old grudge for Remy, and the aftermath could get ugly

Spoilers ahead for episode 11 of FBI: Most Wanted Season 4, entitled “Crypto Wars”.

FBI: Most Wanted It’s never the happiest primetime show, so maybe OarsThe touching moment with his sister. clear in the first few minutes of “Crypto Wars” there should have been a hint that his life would almost be turned upside down by the credits. After closing a case involving explosions, kidnappings, murders, and a son who helped save his father (and the day), Remy had to reassess his grudge against the man who killed his brother years ago. originally revealed in its first episode . From the unfolding of the scene, it’s hard to imagine that the consequences won’t be negative.

Remy and Claire’s first scene showed them cleaning their mother’s house for new buyers and sharing a few moments to remember their late brother. As she has established, she still misses him Mike every day, Remy offered to go to a Mets game for his birthday. In what ultimately turned out to be foreboding, the siblings even shared a good moment about how he’s always supported her.

Cut to about 55 minutes later on the CBS show, and Remy certainly wasn’t supporting his sister in the decision she made about killing Mikey! Claire visited Remy’s apartment and left a box containing Mikey’s belongings, also announcing that the surviving members of the Scott family had received a letter from the Florida Offender Review Commission.

The man who killed his brother is found to have cancer and is on probation, and a hearing is scheduled in Tallahassee on the matter. Remy wasted no time in expressing his feelings to his sister:

I don’t care what you have. He killed our brother. I stabbed him three times for eighteen dollars. He doesn’t go out with anyone. Certainly not. On my corpse.

To her surprise (and, honestly, to me too), Claire disagreed, saying that the killer had “paid his debt” after spending 25 years behind bars, and that she didn’t want to live again. feel in Florida. . She doesn’t want to object to medical parole and she just wants the family (and Mikey) to have peace.

His speech definitely didn’t convince Remy, who tore up the letter and announced he was leaving for Florida. From the way she distanced herself from her sister, it looked like she was going to be leaving for Florida as soon as physically possible. Between the emotional stress of her brother’s killer getting out of jail and her quarrel with her sister, it seems the story can’t be made.

then again, FBI: Most Wanted is a procedural show that doesn’t always feature week-to-week character stories, with notable exceptions like Agents under processing Chain ‘tragic death Yup Kenny surprise game both in season 3. Viewers might not see the spinoff or even find out about it until the next Remy-centric episode.

Also, the letter reveals that the Florida hearing is in a week and FBI: Most Wanted is not on the CBS schedule for next week. If the show continues in real time, it’s likely that audiences have already reached the time of episode 12. However, I can’t help but feel a bad fallout, which would be bad news for Remy, but exciting. news for fans who want to see the series dig a little deeper into the character of him. Most Wanted gradually sheds light on his past, think back to his first weeks with the team ; hope this continues.
