To celebrate its 30th anniversary, Dr. Dre’s first solo album, The chronic, returns this Wednesday to streaming platforms. Almost impossible to find in a physical version, the legendary American rap album has been reissued for the occasion also on vinyl and cassette. The CDs will also be on sale from April 21, but are already available for pre-order.
The chronic mysteriously disappeared from streaming services in March 2022, after Snoop Dogg bought the catalog from Death Row Records, which originally released the album when it was released in 1992. doggy style by Snoop Dogg has also been removed from the platforms.
