Reese and I are very good friends. They were very close. I don’t have to defend it. … I can’t hear very well. I have difficulty hearing in one ear and can only hear in the other. I don’t know who’s yelling my name, but I know there are a lot of people yelling “Reese, Ashton over here!” Watch this, watch that. And at one point, you look and you go, ‘My God, this is really something.’ All right, which one? Look at the camera, I have it, OK. Finished? Great, for about 20 minutes.
As the star pointed out, a red carpet isn’t exactly the most peaceful environment to smile broadly for a photo. A lot of photographers are practically screaming your name to squint at the same time, and Ashton Kutcher doesn’t hear as well as he used to. So maybe he was even more frustrating.
