Christmas movie season is just around the corner, and Hallmark won’t be the only channel producing Christmas movies. Rival network GAC Family, which has garnered a decent number of Hallmark stars, is putting its brand on the best time of the year. To kick off the holiday season, Candace Cameron Bure will make her first post-Hallmark feature film debut in a Christmas movie, alongside a few others. Sold out stars on the billboard!
After Candace Cameron Bure left Hallmark for GAC Family, it was only a matter of time before she started shooting films in her new home. Details for Bure’s Christmas movie was recently released and viewers will see her reunite during the holiday season Sold out co-stars Andrea Barber and Lori Loughlin, as well as former Hallmark star Jen Lilley. Lilley posted a photo on Instagram to wow fans about GAC’s Christmas lineup and managed to sneak into a Sold out reference:
The GAC family followed in Hallmark’s footsteps by making Christmas in July and are now using some of the net’s biggest stars to solidify their place in the holiday movie schedule. While it’s unclear in which guise Andrea Barber and Lori Loughlin will be part of GAC’s festive lineup, seeing them both starring Candace Cameron Bure will be something to expect.
This will be Andrea Barber’s first taste of the holiday movie season, aside from a small uncredited role in the Olsen twins’ film. We go to grandma’s. This could be the start of Barber’s new career at GAC Family, but so far nothing is official. It would be great to see DJ and Kimmy back together for more than just a promotional session, especially since then most complete house finished a few years ago.
It’s interesting to see Lori Loughlin being part of the GAC Family Christmas lineup, especially after her role as Abigail Stanton in When Hope Calls. As Hallmark split from Loughlin in the wake of the college admissions scandal, it appears the network is once again working on her plans. She accepted a role last month, but she Loughlin had legal trouble, as she was shooting in Canada but she hadn’t been cleared to travel north of the border.
However, the Sold out/most complete house The cast still remains close to this day, with the wolf pack also reuniting for Jodie Sweetin’s wedding. So whenever there is an opportunity to work together, whether it’s a promotional shoot or a full project, I’m sure the stars will take the opportunity. Fingers crossed, we see Candace Cameron Bure, Andrea Barber and Lori Loughlin together for a future GAC Family film. In the meantime, it looks like they’ll be headlining the network’s holiday season with Jen Lilley!
