Manifest’s Josh Dallas on Ben’s state of mind in Season 4 and his new “mourning beard”

Manifest it’s so close to making its triumphant return via Netflix with the release of the first part of season 4, and it’s going to be exciting. After Grace’s shocking death in the season 3 finale, season 4 will mark a time jump and that won’t be the only change. As he comes to terms with his wife’s death, Ben unfortunately sports a “grief beard” and Josh Dallas talked about that and the character’s mood earlier in the season.

As the series progresses two years, it is only natural that a lot has changed since the events of the Season 3 finale. Between Cal’s return of five more years, Grace’s tragic death and Angelina’s kidnapping of Eden, there are a lot of questions to ask fans. think about what happened in the meantime. while you talk to uh on Manifest In season four (which we know a lot about), Josh Dallas explained that Ben would still be in shock over the death of his wife and would ask himself some big questions:

Ben questions everything, not just the conscripts, but also God, the universe and his own goodness against evil. The loss of Grace left him with a huge emptiness and deep anger. The problem with anger is that he begs to stay. He can steal your light and leave you with nothing to offer. He hurts those who love you, and Ben does a lot of that. I think part of him wants that pain to persist because he thinks that if she lets him go and heals his pain, he will lose Grace forever.

Losing a loved one is never easy, so it’s understandable that Ben is a little upset emotionally when we first see him again. And that’s not the only thing you’ll have to deal with in the future either. Additionally, Ben is also mourning the loss of his daughter, who was kidnapped by 828er Angelina after stabbing Grace. Something tells me that the dueling theme will play out great this season.

ManifestThe cancellation came just days after the Season 3 finale’s cliffhanger. Although at first things looked promising on Netflix due to the show In keeping with the show, cast members like Matt Long took on other roles, while some simply accepted the show’s fate at the time, including Josh Dallas. Like his character, he mourned the loss of something that was a part of him and, in turn, began to grow a “grief beard”. However, after Netflix recorded the series, his facial hair remained:

I had time to grow a beard from Ben’s pain, which I think started with the pain of being undone.

Knowing Ben, she probably keeps her head buried in the calls and the date of death and turns to her baby for treatment. It’s unclear how long the “mourning beard” will remain, but fans should always expect to see at least one clean-shaven Ben Stone in flashbacks. Overall, I’m excited and nervous about what’s in store for Josh Dallas’ character.

These comments and a recent clip from Michaela following a call to the port and discovering something unusual seem to indicate that the fourth season is going to be filled with excitement and mystery. So don’t miss the first part of season 4 on November 4th and you can stream it with a Netflix subscription! Also, be sure to check out the other shows coming to Netflix.
