Millions of spectators followed the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, which was held on Monday at Westminster Abbey in front of 2,000 guests. And many of them spotted, among the children’s choir that provided the songs throughout the ceremony, a child a little more enthusiastic than his classmates.
Visibly very committed to his mission, the young singer softened up netizens and was the subject of many tweets: “I can’t get enough of this altar boy in the front row, the redhead who clearly feels these songs.” could we read. “The redhead at the Queen’s funeral is a superstar,” another commented. “I need more footage of the redheaded altar boy, he’s clearly having the time of his life,” I had a third fun.

No information has been released about the identity of the singer – the daily mail is also trying to find him, but a Twitter user claims to know him: “His name is Barnaby and he was born at the same time as my daughter”, he declares. “His mother and my wife were walking together in Bow, East London, because our two babies couldn’t sleep. And now he sings in the Westminster Choir and my daughter watches Netflix.”
As reported by Sun, the songs of the ceremony were in charge of the choir of the Abbey of Westminster and the one of the Royal Chapel. The Westminster Choir is made up of around 30 young and 12 adult professional singers.
The Queen’s funeral ended ten days of national mourning, which began on September 8 with the announcement of her death. She was 96 years old and ruled Britain for 70 years. With her death, her son Carlos de Ella was proclaimed the new King Carlos III.
