While Shazam! fury of the gods Maybe it wasn’t the blockbuster. Warner Bros. expected, a large number of fans still seem to be happy with the superhero game. The movie includes some great scenes, with one moment at the end that arguably serves as a favorite among the masses. In the sequel’s final moments, Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman makes a cameo (which was marred by TV commercials before launch). While the moment seems to have gone relatively well, there were rumors that Gadot was a deepfake during this series. Now director David F. Sandberg is setting the record straight on that front.

It goes without saying that COVID has made film and television production incredibly difficult, especially when it comes to big-budget productions. Honestly, even before the pandemic, successful filming could be difficult due to the availability of the actors. These facts, together with the constant evolution deepfake (and sometimes frustrating) technology. , are enough to make one wonder if there was some sort of facial magic involved in Gal Gadot’s return to the DC Extended Universe. Recently, a fan took to Twitter and shared photos of actress Taylor Cahill dressed as an Amazon warrior, apparently raising false suspicions. But as David F. Sandberg explained in his peek Cahill had a different purpose:

We shot the scene with Taylor to figure out what cover we needed to get with Gal since she couldn’t make it to Atlanta. It is also Taylor’s body with the wizard’s head. There are absolutely no deep fakes. When you see Gal, it’s 100% her.

Shazam! fury of the gods star Grace Caroline Currey confirmed to 24 News Bulletin that the cast he didn’t film that cameo with Gal Gadot . According to the actress, the schedule wasn’t scheduled for Gadot to be there with the rest of the cast. This new behind-the-scenes reveal now confirms that the director has always been proactive in using Taylor Cahill as a reference when planning coverage. He also appears to be the Cahill figure with whom Djimon Hounsou’s wizard fused during Billy Batson’s romantically entertaining dream sequence. So viewers at large got to see the real Gadot.

David F. Sandberg has shared a number of interesting details since the film’s release. As for Diana Prince’s scene, which sees the Justice League resurrect Billy Batson, she dropped a really interesting nugget of information. The cameo was supposed to be filmed in England and unfortunately he had visa issues. After Sandberg had to direct the big stage from a distance and you can see how he did it in the following social media post:
