Both boys have been working hard at Three Rock to ensure they can get parole when their court date comes around. For Bode, his hearing is fast approaching, but for Freddy, his future depends on whether he gets a hearing or is cleared.

Eve and Jake discovered that Rebecca was about to prove Freddy’s innocence.

Rebecca’s death land of fire it had a huge impact on the characters, especially Bode, Eve and Freddy. Since Eve was on duty when Rebecca died on the job, she was given the ex-lawyer’s box of things. After spending a few episodes really grappling with what happened and coming back from the traumatic event, Eve and Jake had an emotional moment and she found the strength to open the box.

They found a notebook revealing that Rebecca was working on Freddy’s wrongful conviction and trying to get him acquitted. After her death her work remained unfinished and Freddy gave up on leaving early. However, now that Jake and Eve know the late firefighter’s job and have proven that they’re on Freddy and Bode’s side, I think they’ll be the ones to help him get out of jail.

However, his fate isn’t just in this box, with the addition of Sleeper, an incomplete man from Bode’s time in prison. Freddy is risking his freedom trying to prove that Three Rock’s newest addition is a drug dealer, and if something goes wrong with this risky plan, the information Jake and Eve found could be questionable. But I hope that doesn’t happen.

Sleeper proves to be a big problem for Bode and Freddy.

Grant Harvey joined the launch land of fire as Bode’s ex-con, Sleeper, an inaccurate drug dealer, who tainted Max Thieriot’s character while he was incarcerated. When he introduces himself as Three Rock, Bode is immediately on high alert and tries to let everyone know that this guy means trouble.

Shortly after Sleeper arrives, a firefighter gets his meds and has a bad reaction on the job. It also seemed that Freddy would start working with the new boyfriend so he could get in touch with his daughter. Bode spends most of the episode trying to help his friend who is reacting very badly to the drugs without Manny knowing. It’s clear that Max Thieriot’s character is trying to prove Sleeper’s guilt before turning himself in to the authorities, despite Gabriela’s plea to tell the captain. But Bode won’t listen.

Bode is this close to probation However, Sleeper’s appearance seriously complicates his situation and could jeopardize his hearing and Freddy’s future. At the end of the episode, we discover that Freddy plays something of a double agent, arriving with Sleeper to prove his guilt, but also putting his own future at stake. To stop the new villain’s antics, they’ve also put their freedom on the line, which complicates these final episodes.

Things are sure to go downhill as the final episodes of land of fire air. What Eve and Jake found is extremely useful information and a huge step forward. However, Sleeper and the trouble he causes will lead to complications when it comes to allowing Bode and Freddy to earn their freedom.
