The bags of the bags, the marbles and the gums of nicotine, products that are particularly addressed to young people, will be prohibited in France from March 2026, under a decree published in the official magazine, this Saturday, September 6.
The government had announced in the autumn of 2024 its intention to banish these nicotine sachets, also called pugs, due in particular to an increase in adolescents poisoning.
“The production, manufacture, transport, import, export, detention, offer, transfer, acquisition and use of oral use products containing nicotine are prohibited in the national territory,” said the official magazine.
