Éric Dupond-Moretti, charged in July 2021, is accused of having taken advantage of his position to settle scores with the magistrates, which he denies. Alexis Kohler was also charged with “illegal appropriation of interests, but he is involved in the investigation of his family’s links with the shipowner MSC. He also contests the charges.”
It was the government spokesman, Olivier Véran, who responded to Ugo Bernalicis’ question, recalling first of all that at the moment it was about accusations and that neither of the two men mentioned had been convicted.
