In all opinion polls, Marine Le Pen leads voting intentions for the first round of the next presidential elections. According to a poll by Elabe for BFMTV published this Thursday, 61% of French people believe that the National Rally deputy can even win the elections.
In 2027, however, 58% of respondents believe that former Prime Minister Édouard Philippe could defeat the representative of the far-right party, well ahead of Gérald Darmanin (32%), Bruno Le Maire (31%), Gabriel Attal (30%). ) and Jean-Luc Mélenchon (27%).
“The victory of Édouard Philippe against Marine Le Pen is a probable scenario for the majority of voters,” notes the Elabe institute.
