With the support of 252 votes and 33 votes against in the upper chamber, this bill of “validation” that is called, carried by the senators of the TAN and whose compliance with the Constitution is questioned, is now transmitted to the National Assembly that will examine it from June 2, while the procedure before the administrative justice continues.
