They denounce a “49.3 parliamentarian”: LFI presents a motion of censure after the rejection of the Dupber

This bill, whose objective is to soften several administrative procedures or environmental obligations in terms of phytosanitary products, is remarkably denounced by the rebels for their many possible harmful effects on humans.

Promised thing, due. The rebel deputies deposited at 4 pm this Friday, May 30, a motion of censure against the Duppomb Bill, with the aim of opening the way to a return of neonicotinoids in the French fields.

“We call to respond to ’49 .3 parliamentary ‘and block the law of pesticides censuring the government of François Bayrou,” Rebellious France said in a statement published in X.

Adopted in January by the senators, this bill carried out by Senator Laurent Dupumb (Les Republicins) Bears, among other things, a relaxation of certain administrative procedures or environmental obligations in terms of phytosanitary products, water breeding or storage buildings.

“High risks of baby malformations”

In response, the rebel France denounced a bill that “is far from providing an answer to the difficulties and aspirations of the agricultural world”, whose objective is “to meet the requirements of the agrobus and the orders of the head of the Fensea.”

And for a good reason: the bill that had been supported by the Fensea intends to reintroduce, as a derogatory one, acetamipride, A pesticide of the neonicotinoid family has been banned in France since 2018.

And its effects on humans are worried. In the absence of data, the risks of this pesticide remain uncertain after lack of studies on the subject.

“These are high risks of numerous malformations of babies, cancers and other serious diseases (…) It is also the danger of food sovereignty due to the renowned toxicity of this pesticide,” said Isoumis’s press release.

In a tense atmosphere, the National Assembly had rejected this bill on Monday by a tactical maneuver of the central block to overcome the “wall” of environmental and rebel amendments.

LFI had notably denounced a bypass from Parliament and promised a “motion of censure.” At the moment, this motion will be examined next week.
