The first president of the Pierre Moscovici Auditors Court, interviewed on Tuesday, July 15 in LCI, insisted that the State was particularly affected by the economies presented early on the day by Prime Minister François Bayrou.
With the freezing of expenses next year (with the exception of the cost of debt and additional expenses for the budget of the armies), the abolition of 3,000 public jobs or the non -replacement of one in three retired, “in the end, the effort is in the state,” the latter observed.
“It is the affected state, much more than local communities and much more than social security and health insurance,” he said. However, “the State has already contributed a lot in the last two years,” according to him.
“It’s all a matter of sharing”
François Bayrou “is right to say that the priority must now be unapplicable, that the French delegate is an imperative,” he estimated that Pierre Moscowi, which approves when approved “the scope of the effort requested” by the Head of Government, of the order of 43.8 billion euros in savings for next year.
The main measures, “quite financially efficiently (…) are not structural measures,” he said.

In the social component of the announced measures, the first president of the Court of Auditors considers that it is “too early” to say what its consequences will be.
