The Renaissance party will not invest in a partial legislative candidate in the 2nd District of Paris, the Macronista party announced this Friday, August 29, wanting to “avoid adding confusion in an unprecedented national political situation.”
“After the candidacy of former Prime Minister Michel Barnier, the National Inauguration Commission decided not to invest in a candidate,” wrote vice president Out in the Sutural Party, Jean Laussucq, whose election had been invalidated by the Constitutional Council on July 11 for irregularities in his campaign accounts.
