PSD wants to hear the outgoing chairman of the innovation agency in the House of Representatives

The PSD chairman said today that the Social Democratic parliamentary group will ask to hear the outgoing chairman of the National Innovation Agency (ANI) in parliament to find out what conditions she lacked to “continue her task”.

According to the leader of the PSD, “It is not customary for the responsible top of an agency like the Innovation Agency to resign and publicly assume that there are no conditions for continuing his task”.

“And it is important that Parliament, and through the country, knows exactly what conditions are missing in the implementation of its action,” said Luís Montenegro.

The capital of the National Innovation Agency is subscribed in equal shares by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education, through FCT — Foundation for Science and Technology (50%), and by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, through IAPMEI (50 %).
