Pension reform: Emmanuel Macron “wants the Senate to enrich this text”

After the National Assembly, the text of the pension reform will go to commission on February 28 and then on March 2 in a public session on the benches of the Senate.

“I hope that the Senate can enrich” the text on the pension reform “with whatever it deems useful,” Emmanuel Macron said this Saturday, two days before the examination of the bill by the Upper House.

“I saw (that) the Senate wanted to advance family policy and women’s rights. I believe that the government will approach (this debate) with openness and willingness to commit to building a majority behind this text”, continued the Head of State. , apart from a visit to the Agricultural Fair.

Not “anger” but “concern”
