The PSD will request the presence of the Minister of Infrastructure, João Galamba, in the TAP Commission of Inquiry to clarify the meeting of the company’s executive president with government advisers and representatives of the PS.
A PSD parliament group source told the Lusa bureau that the purpose of this initiative is to hear Minister João Galamba on the latest developments of the Commission of Inquiry, namely the issue of the meeting of the still executive chairman of TAP, Christine Ourmières — Widener, with government advisers and socialist deputies.
It concerns a meeting on January 17, on the eve of Christine Ourmières-Widener going to parliament to clarify the resignation of former administrator Alexandra Reis, at which representatives and advisers of the PS and cabinet chiefs will have been present from the government.
The meeting was confirmed on Tuesday by Christine Ourmières-Widener of the Commission of Inquiry into TAP’s political tutelage.
