After Carla Castro resigned as Vice President of the Liberal Initiative (IL) on Friday, Paulo Carmona announced on Sunday that he was withdrawing from the party, but without disclosing the reason for the decision.
“Today is a sad day. I have applied for my resignation from the Liberal Initiative party. It has been a 2-year journey that ends today. Thank you all,” he begins with a reference in the message released on social networks.
Paulo Camona assured that he “will continue to defend a more liberal country with social interests, now as an independent country, but always committed to the cause”.
