TAP investigative committee. The auditions of Pedro Nuno Santos and Medina are on June 15 and 16

The former Minister of Infrastructure and Housing, Pedro Nuno Santos, will be heard by the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry (CPI) on TAP on June 15 at 4 p.m., António Lacerda Sales announced on Tuesday at the end of the meeting of the bureau and coordinators of the investigative committee.

The next day, June 16, at 10 a.m., it is the turn of the Minister of Finance, Fernando Medina, to clarify the deputies, as this is the last hearing of the Commission of Inquiry.

Former Secretary of State for Infrastructure Hugo Santos Mendes will answer delegates’ questions at 4 p.m. on June 14, said Lacerda Sales, president of the CPI, announcing the agreed schedule for all missing hearings. it is agreed that 11 personalities will respond in writing.

The parliamentary groups also agreed that the deadline for discussion and vote on the committee’s final report is 13 July, a calendar that calls for an extension of the deadline for work.

Next week, on May 24, the former Chief of Staff of the Minister of Infrastructure and the current Chief of Staff of the Secretary of State for Infrastructure, Maria Antónia Araújo, will be heard.

The next day, May 25, at 2 p.m., will be the hearing of the former financial administrator of TAP, João Weber Gameiro, and at 5 p.m. that of the airline’s legal director, Manuela Simões.

On May 30 at 4 p.m., the former Secretary of State for Infrastructure, Sérgio Monteiro, will be heard and the following day (31 May) at 4 p.m., the former Minister of Infrastructure, Pedro Marques, will be heard.

Former Treasury Secretary Miguel Cruz will be heard on June 1 at 4 p.m., while the hearing of former Treasury Secretary and former Finance Minister João Nuno Mendes is scheduled for June 2 at 10 a.m.

On June 5 at 6 p.m., former Finance Minister Mário Centeno will answer questions from the deputies.

June 6, at 4 p.m., is the date for the interrogation of João Leão, former finance minister. The next day, June 7 at 4 p.m., it is the turn of former economy minister António Pires de Lima.
