“I never count the conversations I have with the Prime Minister. The first contact I had with anyone on this issue was on the 29th, on my way back from Ovibeja, at the end of the afternoon. Yesterday evening, the Prime Minister clarified that in the first contact he had with the President of the Republic he did not discuss this matter,” he said on the sidelines of the 93rd edition of the Book Fair in Lisbon’s Parque Eduardo VII.
The President of the Republic did not clarify who he had this contact with or if the Prime Minister contacted him on the 26th, when the confusion arose at the Ministry of Infrastructure.
