Defender Toti Gomes and midfielder Renato Sanches were left out of the minutes sent to UEFA and will miss Portugal’s duel with Bosnia-Herzegovina this Saturday, qualifying for Euro 2024 football.
The two players were excluded by coach Roberto Martínez from the final list of 23 players that complete the squad that the national team will use in the match that will be played at the Estádio da Luz, in Lisbon.
Toti, from Wolverhampton, is an absolute debut in the work of the ‘corners’ team, while Renato Sanches, from Paris Saint-Germain, is a comeback.
