Paris Saint-Germain announced this Wednesday the signing of the Italian midfielder Cher Ndour, formerly of Benfica, for the next five years.
The 18-year-old Italian had left Benfica at the end of June, after three years in the service of the eagles in which he won a national youth championship, a UEFA Youth League and an Intercontinental Under-20 Final for the youth team, in addition to the Portuguese Primeira Liga, with one match for the main team.
“He will wear number 27,” the Frenchman wrote on Twitter.
The player is currently in Malta with the Italian under-19 team, which faces Spain in the semi-finals.
The other tie match pits Portugal against Norway.
