A goal by Pedro Santos, in the 90+6 minute, marked Arouca’s comeback this Sunday over Estoril Praia, giving the Arouquenses a 4-3 home victory, on the first day of the Portuguese Football League.
Holsgrove (10 minutes), João Marques (49) and Alejandro Marqués (70) scored for the estorilistas, but Arouca was always equalizing the score, through Rafael Mujica (20), Cristo González (57) and Volnei (73), in the own goal), before Pedro Santos ensured the triumph of the locals, who played reduced to ten men from minute 37, due to the expulsion of Kouassi.
Arouca, who is in the middle of the third qualifying round of the Europa Conference, with Norwegian Brann, tied in the standings with Gil Vicente, Casa Pia, Sporting, Famalicão, Rio Ave and Vitória de Guimarães, all with three points joined in the first round of the championship.
