This Wednesday, the Slovenian Primoz Roglic won the 17th stage of the Vuelta a España, in which the three Jumbo-Visma cyclists crowned Angliru in the first positions, leaving the American Sepp Kuss with the red jersey.

The champion of the Giro 2023 was the first to cross the finish line at the end of the 124.5 kilometers between Ribadesella and the summit of Angliru, and Jonas Vingegaard was second, with the same 03:15.56 hours as the winner. Kuss finished third, 19 seconds behind, saving the overall lead in just eight seconds from his Danish colleague, with Roglic completing the podium, with 01.08 minutes.

On Thursday, the 18th stage of the Vuelta a España joins Pola de Allande and the top of La Cruz de Linares, where a first-class mountain count is installed, totaling 178.9 kilometers.
