The Italian rider Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati) won the Indonesian MotoGP Grand Prix this Sunday and regained the championship lead, on a day in which Miguel Oliveira (Aprilia) was 12th.
The Portuguese rider, who was hit by the South African Brad Binder (KTM) when he was eighth, finished 36.639 seconds behind the winner, with the Spanish Maverick Viñales (Aprilia) second, 0.306 behind Bagnaia, and the Frenchman Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha) behind . third, at 0.433.
With these results, Francesco Bagnaia regained the lead in the championship, taking advantage of the fall of the Spanish Jorge Martín (Ducati) when he was leading alone, and now has 18 points ahead of the Madrid rider.
