Portugal took the lead, with a goal from Francisco Conceição, in the 30th minute, but Tzolis restored equality shortly after, in the 31st minute, before Panagidis completed the Hellenic comeback, in the 50th minute.
The team led by Rui Jorge sees it come to an end a streak of 21 consecutive games without defeat in the qualifying phases for the European Championships, with the last defeat dating back to October 11, 2019, against the Netherlands, in the qualification for Euro 2021.
Despite the defeat, Portugal remains leader of Group G, with 12 points, one more than Greece, second, with 11 in six games, while Croatia, which beat Belarus 1-0 today, is third, with 10 in four meetings. .
