Sérgio Conceição did not hide his ambition to advance to the next stage of the competition, but acknowledged that he will face the match the same way he faces everyone else.

They are the ones who get the minutes, I don’t give minutes to anyone, they have to work for that. There may be one or the other change, but for what they do, ”he stressed.
The coach also tried to explain if this game comes at the right time, but concluded that only later will he be able to assess.
“The calendar is what it is. We have to play and we have to take it with important games. This game is in the middle of a post-stop tour of teams, which is interesting. walk and unwind. Everyone likes the Cup final, it’s a nice party. But until then there is a long way to go. And there are matches that you could theoretically think are easier and that’s where the complications arise. morning [domingo] We’ll see if it was at the right time or not.”
Sérgio Conceição also addressed Pepe’s clinical situation, absent from the coach’s options due to a left knee injury, and assured that the player will be out for “a few more weeks”.
