The Portuguese roller hockey team already knows the rival for the quarterfinals of the roller hockey world cup. Germany eliminated Mozambique in a match that started at 12:30 (Lisbon time) on Thursday 3-2, and will now play Portugal on the same day (22:30).
It’s just a few hours of recovery for the Germans. The schedule for this World Cup in San Juan, Argentina, dictates that Germany will face Portugal tonight, on the same day as the round of 16 (referred to as the qualifying phase) and after matches on consecutive days from Monday.
Portugal defends the title of roller hockey world champion in a tournament that ends on Sunday.
