The draw for the round of 16 of the Portuguese Cup, held on Monday in Cidade do Futebol, in Oeiras, dictated a Varzim-Benfica and a FC Porto-Arouca.
There is also a Minho derby between Sp. Braga and Vitoria de Guimaraes. From there comes the winner who will face Benfica or Varzim in the quarter-finals.
The draw also dictated that eagles and dragons could only face each other in the finals.
Round of 16 matches are scheduled for January 10, 11 and 12.
In the next round, the quarterfinals will be played on February 7, 8 and 9.
The first leg of the semifinals will be played from April 25 to 27, while the second leg will be played from May 2 to 4.
The final will be played on June 4.
