This Saturday, SC Braga beat Trofense, from the II Liga, 2-0, in the first matchday of group D of the League Cup.
Simon Banza and Al Musrati scored the winning goals for Minho.
In the 16th minute, Simon Banza, assisted by Abel Ruíz, opened the scoring at the Estádio Municipal de Braga.
Near the break, Al Musrati doubled his lead. Corner down the left and the Libyan midfielder scored the second for SC Braga.
Already in the sales period of the second part, the third appeared. Rodrigo Gomes serves to Hernâni and the youngster from Braga shoots into the back of the net.
