Croatia rose this Sunday to the leadership of Group F of the 2022 World Cup, by beating Canada 4-1, which was eliminated, in a second round match, played at the Khalifa International Stadium, in Doha.
Andrej Kramaric, in the 36th and 70th minute, Marko Livaja, in the 44th minute, and Lovro Majer, in the 90+4 minute, scored the goals for the runners-up in the world, after Alphonso Davies gave the Canadians the lead after only two minutes.
In the Group F standings, Croatia and Morocco, who beat Belgium 2-0 today, have four points, against three for the Belgians and none for the Canadians.
